Release for our St. Patrick’s Weekend celebration. Danny Greene “Enforcer” Imperial Sotou aged three months in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels. Extremely small batch. Try it in our Stout Sampler as well!
- Barrel Aged
An American-style IPA brewed and dry hopped with Citra hops to impart an intensely fruit, citrusy flavor and aroma.
Pale ale’s not enough? Jump into our India Pale Ale, which has more malt, more hops, more of everything. Named for two of the oldest and classic English and American hops, our IPA brings this historic beer style into the 21st century.
This Imperial Stout was brewed to celebrate Cleveland’s Irish heritage, but menacing enough that we had to name it after notorious local mobster, Danny Greene. Proceed with caution and exuberance.
- Imperial Stout
Dark, malty and delicious- but also dangerously quaffable. This style ale began in 18th Century Britain, but died out as pale malts became more economical than their darker counterparts. We’re reviving the tradition and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
- Brown Ale
Traditionally brewed in monastaries, this strong golden ale is light in body but long on flavor. This beer is deceptively drinkable.
Session is the new local! We have packed a bunch of Citra, Simcoe, Centennial and Cascade hops into this ale but we have kept the ABV in a more “user friendly” range. So have one… and one more.
Brewed to celebrate our neighbors at the West Side Market’s 100 year anniversary, this big, bold Extra IPA is bursting with hop flavor and aroma but is balanced by a firm malt background.
- Extra IPA
Our lightest beer is a throw-back to how beer was brewed in America 100 years ago. Crisp, light and refreshing with a delicate malt body and a snappy hop finish. Try it in our giant 32oz mason jar or in a pint.
If you’ve ever spent time in a German Beer Garden, you know how much they love their wheat beer. Our Bavarian style Hefeweizen is a satisfying blend of sweet wheat and pale malts, clove and banana aromatics, and the zesty tang of wheat beer yeast.
Inspired by the Pilsners of the Rhine region, this lager is a tribute to the spicy, crisp and clean character of German noble hops and has just the right malt body to balance. Named aptly for the Cleveland slogan “Progress&Prosperity”.
Named for the church located behind us on West 24th Street. Black, roasty and dry but velvety smooth at the same time. Tis always darkest before the dawn. Contrary to most American heavy and robust stouts, our version is lighter in body with a dry finish.
Modeled after the White (Wit) beers of Belgium. Brewed with malted barley, wheat and oats and spiced with orange peel, lemongrass, coriander, and chamomile……it has a dry, spicy finish and refreshing drinkability.
The Scots love their malt, whether it be in whiskey or in beer, and our Scotch Ale follows suit- with plenty of deep, caramelized malt flavor that makes this beer oh-so-smooth. Named for Cleveland’s Wallace House Tavern, opened in 1809.
