Kolsch is the traditional style of beer from Cologne, Germany. A bright clean, hop-accentuated beer with a touch of sweetness from pale malts to blanche this extremely refreshing brew.
Our lager from the Viennese tradition is smooth and mildly toasty in flavor but finishes with a noble hop twist.
- Amber Lager
Here’s a beer brewed to showcase Chinook hops. Distinct grapefruit and pine aromas explode from the glass due to the ‘hop bursting’ method of saving the hop additions for the very end of the boil when brewing.
- Pale Ale
A West Coast style IPA dry-hopped with organic Citra hops to impart intense tropical and citrus fruit aromas. This brew has an aggressive, boldly-bright American hop character that will leave you craving another.
Named for Cleveland’s role in the pioneering of street lights, this beer will light you up nicely. This strong lager is brewed with 100% Munich malt and a decoction mashing technique to produce a rich, toasty malt flavor. Coupled with prolonged aging time, the result is a very smooth beer.
Traditionally brewed in monastaries, this strong golden ale is light in body but long on flavor. This beer is deceptively drinkable.

Our hopped up, refreshing, seasonal IPA with flavors galore! This showcase of Centennial and Citra hops is brightened up by additions of mango fruit for a tropical-hoppy character from start to finish.
- Magno IPA
A beer to showcase the best of both the morning and evening brewing worlds. Brewed with brown, chocolate and crystallized malts then blended with rich and clean cold brewed coffee. We bring together the roasted coffee flavors of the morning brew with the smooth, robust character of a dark Porter.
- Coffee Porter
A bold floral and fruity hop profile courtesy of Centennial and Citra hops. Flaked rye and crystal malt provide a nice balance and round mouthfeel, obscuring the high ABV punch.
- Double IPA
Great American Beer Festival Award Winning Brew! Inspired by the Pilsners of the Rhine region, this lager is a tribute to the spicy, crisp and clean character of German noble hops and has just the right malt body to balance. Named aptly for the Cleveland slogan “Progress&Prosperity”.
Formally known as ***** Street Wheat! If you’ve ever spent time in a German Beer Garden, you know how much they love their wheat beer. Our Bavarian style Hefeweizen is a satisfying blend of sweet wheat and pale malts, clove and banana aromatics, and the zesty tang of wheat beer yeast.
This smooth American barleywine has a reddish-brown hue indicative of crystal and roasted malt with aromas of floral and citrusy hops. The sweet caramel full bodied malting gives way to a pleasant slightly bitter finish.
Named for the church located behind us on West 24th Street. Black, roasty and dry but velvety smooth at the same time. Tis always darkest before the dawn. Contrary to most American heavy and robust stouts, our version is lighter in body with a dry finish.
Here’s a beer designed to showcase American hops in all their citrusy, piney, bright and fresh glory. The lightly sweet malt body lets the hops shine through in both the flavor and aroma.
- Pale Ale
The Scots love their malt, whether it be in whiskey or in beer, and our Scotch Ale follows suit- with plenty of deep, caramelized malt flavor that makes this beer oh-so-smooth. Named for Cleveland’s Wallace House Tavern, opened in 1809.
