We are currently in the process of becoming Cleveland’s first Micro Distillery! We’ll be creating small batch spirits, artisan distilled in traditional hand-crafted copper pot stills. Right now, our Brew Master is working on recipes for Whiskey, Rum, Vodka and Gin. Our small batch vodka will be the stuff amazing cocktails are made from– BUT also be a sipper on its own…….tasty!

Gin

Ours will be a fuller-bodied, malty version of a gin, like a Dutch genever. To do that, we’ll infuse a single-distilled spirit — our own white whiskey — with botanicals, then re-distill (and taste) until we like it!
