Ohio City Street Festival

For one day only Ohio City will host a street festival showcasing everything that’s unique about the neighborhood! This free event has 2 beer gardens, live music, food vendors from Ohio City restaurants, vendors from the neighborhood and more! The West Side Market will be OPEN the whole day!!

4th Annual Pumpkin Beer Fest

It’s that time of year! The weather’s slowly changing and pumpkin beers are popping up at every bar in the nation. In honor of the season of pumpkins, Market Garden Brewery is throwing the 4th Annual Pumpkin Beer Fest! On October 8th, we’ll be offering 12 pumpkin beers and delicious pumpkin inspired food all evening.  Our very own Franklin Castle Pumpkin Ale will be served straight out of a pumpkin firkin! Join us for a night of fun, food and pumpkin!

With Cleveland as a home base, COAR, Bright Start Learning, and HELP are operating non-profits in developing nations where they supplement a struggling education system. Their heads will lead a discussion on the political, social, and economic challenges they face and what opportunities exist for a non-profit working abroad in the education field. Trouble Honey IPA is Back!

Join us for the newest batch of Trouble Honey IPA! From deep in the brewmaster’s recipe archive comes this blend of honey and hops, which yields a strong, bittersweet elixir that deserves its name. The tasting notes from the very first batch, made more than 20 years ago, proclaim, ” Mmm.. that tastes like trouble!” Stay tuned for the time of the release!

Brews + Prose

The August addition of Brews and Prose at Market Garden Brewery  is a collaboration with The Northeast Ohio Master of Fine Arts Creative Writing. Kevin Keating, Amber Allen and Bill Soldan will all be here at Market Garden Brewery on Tuesday, August 4th, sharing their work with us, and enjoying a beer. Join us in listening to these talented individuals and learn why find out why literature is better with beer.

For the first time in three years, Brews + Prose will feature not just writers and beer, but those who write about beer. Join us at Market Garden on July 21st to hear Marc Bona and Rick Armon, as well as Market Garden’s own Any Tveekrem in conversation with Noelle Celeste of Edible Cleveland.


Indians Shuttle


The Indians Ohio City Shuttle runs every Friday and Saturday for home games. The shuttle starts an hour before the game and goes an hour after, picking up and dropping off about every 15 minutes in front of Bier Markt. The shuttle is free when you show your Ohio City business receipt or Cleveland Indians ticket!

Brews + Prose 3rd Anniversary


Brews + Prose brings people together with the love of literature and local craft beer. Join us in the Ohio City Room of Market Garden Brewery on the first Tuesday of every month for readings by established and emerging authors. When you buy a book, you receive a beer!

Wahoo Wit Release


This tasty local beer is perfect for the summer time. Brewed seasonally and spiced with orange peel, chamomile, coriander and lemon grass, this Belgian White (Wit) beer is spicy and refreshing. Come have a taste before a Cleveland Indians game!

Bike Share Rolls In To Cleveland
